Classic Spanish folding knife, handmade with a tempered steel blade hollow ground in chrome-vanadium steel, with a handle made of genuine, cleaned and hand-worked bull horn, and a smooth outer spring in polished steel, hand-sharpened with a water-cooled ceramic stone, with a classic lever lock.
This knife, along with the Sevillana model, is one of the most representative of classic Spanish knives. Made of MOVA steel with double tempering and an included leather pocket sheath, this size is ideal for eating and for precision work, such as cutting rope or sharpening pencils. Entirely handmade in Albacete, Spain, it features a solid, reclaimed bull horn handle available in various shades. As it is a natural material, no two knives are exactly alike in terms of handle color.
