Simón PRO Micarta medium size steak knife with a half moon silhouette, typical in all butchers in Madrid, capital of Spain, with ivory linen canvas micarta handle of excellent touch, suitable for dishwashers, with a thick integral blade to withstand blows and cuts of bones medium hardened steel, very strong in one piece, with concave edge system for a quality cut and edge durability. Reinforcement system to withstand blows. Hand-polished 12-millimeter-thick linen canvas micarta handles with smooth oval stainless steel pins for excellent grip and durability.

 

 

Conditions of use and maintenance:

Cut chicken and beef bones, as well as ribs. For these uses, use a wood or fiber cutting board. Do not cut on boards of extremely hard exotic wood or stone, granite or marble, they could present damaged edges on the cutting surface. To keep your knives dry with a cloth if you put them in the dishwasher after washing. Aggressive washing can scratch the leaves. Do not store your knives in a drawer with other knives or metal objects without the attached leather protection. Put them in a separate compartment without other utensils.
